Data Deletion & Account Deletion — VybeCheck
You can request deletion of your VybeCheck account and associated data.
When we delete your account, we will delete or de-identify (where appropriate):
Your profile (username, display name, bio, avatar)
Your posts/vybes and related metadata tied to your account identifier
Your in-app activity tied to your account identifier
Note: We may retain limited information if required for legal, safety, or fraud-prevention purposes (for example, certain report logs).
Email admin@vybecheckapp.com with the subject line:
“Delete my VybeCheck account”
In your email, include:
Your username (if you set one)
Your display name
(Optional but helpful) a screenshot of your profile page
Because VybeCheck accounts may be device/anonymous-based, this helps us locate the correct account.
We’ll reply to confirm we received your request.
We typically complete deletion within 30 days (often sooner).
If we need more info to locate your account, we’ll ask.
You can disable location anytime in iOS Settings:
Settings → Privacy & Security → Location Services → VybeCheck
